By using the Addon Packager Bot and its associated services ("Service"), provided by Dead Studios ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
The Service provides users with a tool to package their Minecraft Bedrock addon files from a GitHub repository into a .mcaddon file via a Discord bot interface. You must authenticate with your GitHub account to use the Service.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You are responsible for the content of the repositories you choose to package and must ensure you have the necessary rights to use and distribute that content.
- You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in your code and any content within your repositories. We claim no ownership over your materials. We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service itself, including all related intellectual property rights.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by unlinking your account via the provided bot commands.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Dead Studios does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall Dead Studios be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
